How will this work vis-a-vis the user connecting to the terminal server? We would want that the Sage Azure VM is not publicly accessible over Internet.only accessible via point-to-site VPN from the user's PC to the Azure gateway. I know that a cloud VM's IP address dynamically changes, but the hostname can be static.I believe I can but I never tried it myself. for example 3 people accessing the same VM simultaneously. Can I use terminal services and licenses on an Azure VM? I.e.for example: Database path: C:\Sage\etc\blablabla Is it a good idea given that cloud VMs are stateless, and Sage is configured in a stateful manner i.e. We were wondering if its a good idea to migrate their Sage setup onto a VM in the cloud, specifically Azure. In the case of our customer, they use Sage, installed on a dedicated server, via RDP / terminal services. As you may know, the Sage Accounts software is generally used by being installed on a server and then accessed either using terminal services, or by pointing the client application on the user's workstation to access the installation on the server.
